An Outstanding Experience


At MB Luxe Studio, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their MB Luxe Studio experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Before booking an appointment, please read my policies.

By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies. Please note, you can always find our most recent and current Policies on our booking site when you book your appointment.



If you are a first time client, I would prefer that you remove your current acrylic. Please understand, I need to access the current state of your nails, for your safety and mine. Please respect my wishes and have your nails safety soaked off, or remove them yourself with 100% pure acetone in a glass or metal bowl.You can also book an appointment for an acrylic removal. If after a phone consultation the nail artist agrees to do a fill on your nails which were previously done by another salon, please be advised that I cannot guarantee how long your nails will actually last. This is because we have no control over how your nails were originally done by another salon, and this plays a major role in lifting. 


Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment only by going online. Notice via text or voicemail is not accepted and will not be considered as a valid rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you may reschedule. However, less than a 48-hour notice will result in the charge of the 50% service price.


We allow up to 10min GRACE PERIOD after your scheduled appointment time. AFTER 10MIN a $10 LATE FEE is automatically added

DON'T hesitate to get in touch with us if you will be up to 10min late. More than 15min will be considered a NO SHOW and your appointment will be canceled.

Services Last Minute Adjustments

If you show up to your appointment and cancel any service on the day of your appointment , you will be charged full price for any service you cancel.

If the nail growth is past what we would consider a “fill”(3-4 weeks), please note you will be charged at the full set price. Also, the nail artist reserves the right to decide if she has enough time to do the nails that are considered past the “fill” condition. A refund will not be provided and you will be charged in full set price

Failure to book your service without the proper ADD-ONS can risk your appointment rescheduling or cancelling.

Please send art design in advance to book accordingly.

Anything beside single color and standard square short shape requires add-ons.

Missed Appointments.

As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Business Hours 

Appointments Available before and after business hours however are subject to a $40 after hours fee.


if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charge 100% to the full amount of the services reserved. clients who no show on more than once occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.


If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. we will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. no refunds will be given after you have left the studio.


No refund is given after it has been rendered.– Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 4 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 4 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.) Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are subject to an additional charge. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.)-Traditional Nail polish services are not guaranteed.However we would be glad to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for nail fix within 2 days.Please DO NOT EMAIL OR TEXT for fixes . Please call the salon and leave a voice message if no one picks up. We would like to quickly serve you as soon as possible.

Walk-ins Welcome

MB Luxe Studio welcome walk-clients, however, it is based on availability and if we are busy there may be a waiting period or you might have to schedule an actual appointment.


Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere children are only permitted in the salon if they are being seen by one of our Nail Artisan. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not want to compromise you and our other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

MB Luxe Studio is a place for our clients to relax. Please check to see if your phone is on vibrate or silent. We ask kindly that if you need to make a phone call please step outside. If you need to take an important phone call, please let us know in advance before your service. Keep in mind this may cut into your service time. We also ask that while your Nail Artisan is working with you, you do not use your cell phone. It makes it difficult for them to do their job up to the standards. Thank you!


Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to The Washington State Human Rights Commission. We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns.


Gratuity is not included in the price of service, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious- Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area- Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service- Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
